Job Opportunity

Objective: Manage relationships with commercial and business clients who consume services such as electricity, gas, and water, as a key professional to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth in the public services sector.

Main Functions:

  • Client Relationship Management: Attend to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain fluid communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Advisory and Sales: Inform clients about tariffs, energy efficiency, incentive programs, and other opportunities related to public services.
  • Opportunity Identification: Detect client needs that can be translated into the sale of additional services, efficiency improvements, or energy efficiency investment projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the same position/similar or in the sales or presales part, proposal development, and experience in public services sector tenders.

• Industrial Engineer, Administration or related degree.

• Intermediate to advanced level of Excel.

• Advanced English.

• Gender: Indifferent.
