Philips Sales Position

Represent Philips by developing and driving key partnerships both internally with Philips Healthcare counterparts and externally with customers within the given accounts to achieve order intake and drive revenue growth against a set of annual targets. Your role includes understanding and managing the business and driving the execution of account based sales plans and account strategies to achieve assigned targets. You'll identify opportunities that benefit the customer by listening attentively and adjusting to fit the audience and the message. Additionally, you'll build and deliver solutions that solve customer pain points and meet customer expectations. You'll develop relationships with decision makers and establish executive level relationships within assigned accounts. You'll also monitor competition and industry trends to provide effective feedback to management, commercial sales and marketing organizations.

You're the right fit if you've acquired 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, customer service sales experience preferred. Your skills include the ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills. You have a bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a master's degree; or equivalent work experience. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. You're an excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is a field role.

Total target earnings is composed of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target earning potential is $157,250 to $187,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target earnings pay is only one component of the Philips total rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to New Jersey.
