Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's team to support during the holiday season. This role supports a food production company located in the greater Portland area, and requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills. You will play a key role in addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions with attention to detail.
- Serve as backup for receptionist duties, answering front desk calls during breaks.
- Report product quality concerns to the appropriate departments for timely action.
- Track and log customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
