We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets, keeping the store well-stocked and recovering merchandise, receiving merchandise and helping with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable, and other duties as assigned.
