What are we looking for?

At OPENLANE Europe, we're looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support the Buyer side of our operations. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our buyers, guiding them through every step of their journey — from registration to post-purchase support — and helping us build lasting relationships.

You'll be part of a dynamic, international team where your communication skills, commercial mindset, and attention to detail will make a real impact. Your goal? To deliver a seamless and positive customer experience that turns prospects into loyal buyers.

What will you do?

  • Act as the central point of contact for our buyers, managing communication across email, chat, and phone.
  • Work fully in Salesforce to track, manage, and resolve customer interactions according to internal workflows.
  • Support buyers throughout the entire journey — from registration to after-sales — ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to resolve issues and follow up on complex cases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor ongoing requests, identify recurring problems, and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Provide onboarding support and guidance to new buyers navigating the platform.
  • Contribute to process optimization and customer experience initiatives within the team.
