We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The selected person will have a key role in recruiting professional buyers and sellers, cultivating existing business relationships, and driving growth throughout the customer lifecycle. This role involves both hunting for new business opportunities and managing existing customers.

What you will do:

  • Daily onboarding, customer retention, and recovery
  • Recruitment of new traders and dealers through inbound calls or databases assigned by the Manager
  • Cultivating relationships with existing customers in your portfolio, helping them develop and grow their business with us
  • Recovering customers who have stopped collaborating with us, understanding their motivations
  • Demonstrations of sales solutions for buyers and sellers
  • Telephone campaigns to new and existing customers (launching new solutions, products, and services)
  • Monitoring and reporting on the territory of competence (market) to identify growth opportunities and increase OPENLANE's market share
  • Annual visits to a selected group of customers, accompanied by one of the sales managers
