OneTouch Direct is seeking dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representatives to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) program. In this role, you will assist individuals affected by disasters, providing vital information and guidance related to disaster assistance programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from individuals seeking assistance related to disaster recovery.
