International Customer Support

Sail Racing continues to grow internationally and we are now strengthening our Customer Service team with an International Customer Support role at the headquarters in Billdal, just south of Gothenburg.

You will be an important part of our global flow and have daily contact with customers, resellers, and distributors worldwide. The role is central in the organization and involves close collaboration with several departments to ensure a top-class customer experience – always with total commitment in every detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support both B2C and B2B customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Work with visual merchandise and update content on the website
  • Responsible for order, return, and complaint flows online
  • Coordinate with warehouse, carriers, and internal teams for effective deliveries
  • Ensure that the customer experience matches Sail Racing’s high service level

Profile & Background

Experience and Skills

  • Several years of experience in customer service within wholesale, retail, or e-commerce
  • System-savvy, preferably experience with Navision Business Central
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Understanding of digital customer communication and service flows
