Liiteguard Account Manager Position

Liiteguard is an innovative Scandinavian sports brand that has won major international awards and recognition among runners and athletes in just a few years. Our products combine performance, comfort, and injury prevention โ€“ developed in close collaboration with physiotherapists and elite athletes.

Liiteguard is seeking an ambitious Account Manager for the Swedish market. You will be given the freedom to create activities, build strong relationships, and generate sales โ€“ while shaping the strategy moving forward. If you are energetic, have good relationships, and are passionate about sports, a unique opportunity awaits you to leave your mark on the work.

We are looking for an Account Manager who knows how to engage store sellers and thrives in a culture where drive and energy are contagious. You have a natural ability to motivate and inspire those around you โ€“ both through your charisma and by living Liiteguard's DNA.

  • You have a clear entrepreneurial drive and are a starter, creating new activities โ€“ both with customers and colleagues.
  • You run in your free time.
  • You enjoy arranging various types of training events with customers such as running evenings, a padel match, or something else that strengthens relationships while testing products.
  • You are energetic, passionate, and outward-looking, but at the same time structured and goal-oriented.
  • You are social and love community โ€“ but also thrive working independently.

You may have been a salesperson in a sports store or work for another sports brand and thus have experience in field sales.

The role of Account Manager involves a central task: building up and developing the Swedish market for Liiteguard. This means that you are both proactive and relationship-building โ€“ and you are passionate about being part of something new from the start.

The role is varied and includes:

  • Building up the Swedish market with a focus on sales, relationships, and brand awareness.
  • Fairs and events, where you represent Liiteguard.
  • Clinics and training sessions, where you train store staff in Liiteguard products.
  • Customer activities, where you build strong and long-term relationships.
  • Daily sales motivation, where you inspire and engage our partners.

When you have been successful in creating the Swedish market, there is a possibility for advancement within the company. Desired locations in the regions around Gothenburg, Stockholm, or Malmรถ.
