As Project Coordinator within Oxford's GTA Design and Construction portfolio, you will be involved with commercial office construction projects ranging from building of demising walls and common corridor renovations through full turn-key projects for incoming tenants up to 50,000sf. Additionally, you will be working in Oxford's Retail Construction portfolio, consisting of retail units within Toronto's PATH system, including coordinating new tenant build outs and preparation of vacant suites for incoming tenancies.
The Project Coordinator role will collaborate closely with the Construction Managers, Operations and Property Management teams. You will be involved in project execution, communication & documentation, tenant coordination, drawing review and approval, start-up requirements, financial tracking, site monitoring, progress reporting, close-out documentation, and administration of tenant & landlord design and construction functions. This position will have the opportunity to grow into future role in direct project management.
