As a Content & SEO Implementation Specialist, you'll be a key player in our marketing transformation. While we're launching our first-ever marketing engine, you'll be the craftsperson who takes our intelligent onboarding form outputs and transforms them into polished, SEO-optimized websites that drive results.

This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for both content quality and technical implementation whether you come from an SEO background, design experience, or simply have an insatiable hunger to make things better. The impact you'll have includes:

• Content Enhancement: Take intelligent onboarding form outputs and massage them into compelling, user-focused content that converts
• Website Implementation: Place optimized content directly onto client websites with proper structure and flow that supports our growing marketing initiatives
• Technical SEO Execution: Implement SEO best practices including schema markup, H1/H2 optimization, meta descriptions, and content structure
• Visual Curation: Select and optimize high-quality, relevant photos that enhance user experience and brand messaging
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every website launch meets our high standards for both content quality and technical optimization
• Growth Support: Directly contribute to our marketing expansion by creating websites that rank well, convert visitors, and support our lead generation goals

• Content Instincts: Natural ability to take raw information and craft it into engaging, clear, and persuasive content
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable implementing SEO elements like schema markup, heading structures, and meta optimization
• Visual Sense: Good eye for selecting images that complement content and enhance user experience

• Advanced English: Exceptional written communication skills with attention to grammar, tone, and messaging

Big pluses would be:

• Prior experience with technical SEO, local SEO, and web design
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, and SEMrush
• Prior hands-on experience building and optimizing websites on WordPress
• Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
• Photography or visual content experience
• Experience working with form-based content or CMS systems
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
