The Customer Service Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the front end of the store. The Customer Service Supervisor leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging every customer, resolving customer service issues, ensuring merchandise standards are met, maintaining the front end, entrance, and exterior of the building, and ensuring front end operations meet all expectations. The Customer Service Supervisor also assists with developing, evaluating, and supervising front end Associates.
Qualifications include minimum one to two years of retail experience, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact well with others. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
