One to three years of experience in: desktop support in a Windows environment, hardware support for desktops/laptops, hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365, workstation OS imaging and deployment using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of computers, user profiles and data movement, diagnosing and resolving local and WAN network issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN). Strong customer service skills with a focus on user experience. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as phishing awareness and endpoint protection. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Dependable, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs. Must have dependable transportation and a valid Class C driver's license.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience). One to three years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technician role, a plus. Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+ (strongly recommended). CompTIA Network+ or other relevant IT certifications.
The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $28.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
