The Customer Success (CS) Presales team supports the Direct Sales Organization in maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while ensuring a smooth path to a successful implementation led by the CS Delivery organization. CS Advisors provide product, implementation, and industry thought leadership during the sales cycle by identifying a prospect's business objectives and aligning them to SuiteSuccess solutions. This individual contributor role works closely with prospects' C-level leaders as well as Oracle NetSuite Account Executives, Solution Consultants, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Sales Leadership. The Customer Success Advisor leverages their consulting and implementation experience to support a wide variety of deals across CPG and Manufacturing industries. Advisors are expected to participate in team initiatives and contribute to ongoing operational improvements.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $76,700 to $167,600 per annum. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
