Remote – Tulsa Area Only

Pay: $17.50/hr. $19.00/hr. bilingual representatives
Schedule: Full-time | Must be available to be scheduled between Monday–Friday 8 AM–7 PM, Saturday 9 AM–1 PM
Location: Remote, must reside in the Tulsa, OK area
Contract: 6-8 months Start: End of January
Provide friendly, high-quality phone support to families
Assist with applications, answer questions, and connect callers to resources
Navigate multiple systems while engaging callers
Follow program procedures and meet documentation standards
Maintain reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills; able to learn new software quickly
Reliable high-speed hardwired internet + private workspace
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Spanish speakers preferred
Call center experience, Salesforce, or NICE inContact experience a plus
