Raytheon's Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) organization is seeking an experienced Control Account Manager to join their Product Support team. This position will provide day-to-day Control Account Management support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio of programs, including international programs. This position will be responsible for supporting program management (PM) to include direct engagement with the program team in program execution; advocating PM plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices.
This is an onsite position and the candidate based at one of these locations: Andover, MA, Tewksbury, MA, Tucson, AZ, McKinney, TX, El Paso, TX, Lawton, OK or Huntsville, AL. Relocation assistance is not available.
This role requires a security clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website.
The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
