Client Service Representative
As a Client Service Representative at KickingBird Animal Hospital, you are the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role is essential in delivering a high level of customer service by providing friendly, professional, and compassionate support to pet owners while ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk and reception area. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
- Check in and check out patients efficiently and accurately.
- Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records in the system.
