Provide customer service, operational and sales support for strategic accounts. Build, maintain and manage account relationships with manufacturing representatives, field sellers, sales support coordinators and account representatives in support of sales and fulfillment activities. Coordinate systems and processes for special account management projects. Create and maintain order management reports for strategic accounts, including real time reporting of order shortages and root cause analysis. Partner with Logistics in scheduling customer deliveries.
Extensive knowledge of GOJO SKUs, policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Five (5) or more years of experience with customer service, marketing, logistics preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Experience with ERP order entry systems. Supervisory experience is a plus.
