We are partnering with a leading company in chemical and ingredient distribution to fill key roles across various departments. This financially stable, growth-focused organization supports industries like paints, coatings, and lubricants.

Pay rate: $20/hr. - $20.55/hr. Location: Dublin, Ohio Contract length: 7 months

Position Summary

The Customer Account Partner is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary point of contact for a dedicated customer portfolio. This role ensures smooth day-to-day order operations while fostering strong, long-term customer relationships. The CAP acts as both a customer advocate and a representative of internal products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs while aligning with company capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end customer experience, including order management and resolution of service issues.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Make informed decisions that support both customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
• Operate within established standards of safety, compliance, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer Service: Minimum 3 years of experience managing a dedicated customer portfolio.
• B2B Experience: At least 3 years in B2B service management, with proven success in relationship-building.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in distribution or the chemical industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
