As a Customer Success Associate supporting the West Coast region, you will be an essential part of our growing Customer Success team, ensuring that Ogury's advertising campaigns deliver strong results and exceed client expectations. You will act as a key liaison between our Sales and Ad Operations teams, providing critical support in campaign execution, performance monitoring, and strategic recommendations.
Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are set up for success from the start, troubleshooting any potential challenges, and optimizing performance to align with client objectives. You will gain hands-on exposure to the digital advertising landscape, learning how to leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign outcomes. Beyond campaign execution, you will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships by ensuring seamless communication, responding to inquiries, and providing valuable insights that contribute to long-term partnerships.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Success, where we encourage our team to join us in the office at least two days per week (or more if you'd like!).
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
In compliance with the state specific pay transparency acts, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally. The salary for the Customer Success Associate role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, in addition to variable compensation, dependent on relevant experience and location.
