Your Future Responsibilities
- You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Customer Operations Team (4–5 direct employees) and continuously develop the team.
- As a link between Dispatching, Operations, Tech, and our Business Operation Managers, you will drive new ideas, tools, and processes together with the teams.
- Technical focus & tools: You will be responsible for the further development of our workforce management, ticket system, and other relevant tools and recognize optimization potentials in processes, structures, and systems.
- Customer Love & Customer Satisfaction: You will ensure that our customers are at the center, develop innovative approaches for excellent customer care, and sustainably increase satisfaction.
- Customer SLAs & Role Development: You will define Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and design comprehensive role and position profiles to build a powerful, versatile customer service team.
- Team Building & Strategic Development: You will create a supportive and growth-oriented work environment and be responsible for the strategic development and continuous improvement of the entire Dispatching and Customer Care area.
Your Background
- You have 2–3 years of leadership experience, ideally in the areas of Dispatching, Workforce Management, or operational processes.
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus – more important is your dynamic, strategic way of thinking and working.
- You have a good understanding of technical processes and know how to effectively manage teams.
- You set clear priorities for the team and Octo-fit and take responsibility for structures, processes, and people.
- You speak German fluently and English proficiently.
