Account Manager

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of an account plan within the regional sales plan
• Identification and evaluation of potential customers and distributors to unlock market potentials
• Active management and consultation of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers
• Presentation, introduction, and implementation of our products to customers, partners, and at exhibitions
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through proactive and solution-oriented cooperation
• Market and competition observation (products, services, pricing) to further develop our strategy and increase competitiveness
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Continuous training and deep knowledge of relevant products and services

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business administration, sales/marketing, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in sales/account management, ideally in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High customer orientation, negotiation skills, and closing ability
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• General willingness to travel, mainly within the region to be managed
• Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
