Play a vital role in supporting the growth of Singapore's dynamic SME sector. As an Emerging Business Customer Service Intern at OCBC, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contribute to process improvements, and learn how to build strong customer relationships – all while contributing to the success of our emerging businesses.

You'll succeed by demonstrating a proactive approach, a commitment to accuracy, and a genuine desire to help our customers. What You Do:

  • Assist in servicing SME customer requests, working within our middle office functions.
  • Gather and extract information for account reviews and proactively notify customers of important updates.
  • Obtain necessary documentation for account remediation processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular management reports on team productivity.
  • Participate in process automation and enhancement initiatives designed to improve customer experience and turnaround times.
  • Receive on-the-job training in banking processes and effective customer communication techniques.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
