Summary: The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering superior customer service in a friendly, professional and considerate manner. The Customer Service Associate will possess the ability to communicate effectively and provide a positive experience for our customers. They will maintain the appearance of the BottleDrop Redemption Center and surrounding area to meet company standards. The Customer Service Associate must be dependable with punctual attendance.
