The Account Manager works to improve MCC's market position and achieve financial growth. This position defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. He/She is responsible for meeting budget expectations and delivering YOY growth exceeding the market growth rates. The Account Manager focuses on three main areas: New Account Development, Client Retention, and Account Planning. This role is highly collaborative as it requires interaction with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.
