Magnite, Inc. seeks a Senior Account Manager, Client Success in New York, NY. Job duties include partnering with demand facilitation to deepen client relationships and identify revenue growth opportunities. Manage campaign execution, client communication, optimization, and troubleshooting for both IO-based and programmatic ad campaigns. Serve as a technical subject matter expert and lead product discussions with clients, pitching opportunities for growth based on their specific needs and goals. Own all internal and external reporting needs; including but not limited to client-facing deliverables, quarterly business review creation, and proactive reporting to surface notable trends to internal stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with sales, supply, technical operations, and media planning teams to ensure the success of campaign delivery. Conduct in-market meetings and present quarterly business reviews in collaboration with the demand facilitation team.
Requires a bachelor's degree in media, communications or a related field plus two years of related experience. Requires two years of experience in digital advertising and digital media. Requires one year of experience in the following: programmatic advertising; DSP; SSP; ad servers; campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting; Tableau and Salesforce. Telecommuting permitted up to three days per week. Forty hours per week. The compensation for this role is at least $92,563.64 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
