The Ownership Intelligence division of Georgeson is seeking a Senior Account Manager covering Ownership Intelligence and Client Services with a background or equivalent experience in shareholder services, market/ownership intelligence, or investor relations. This role involves understanding client needs, managing their expectations, building long-term relationships, as well as contributing to the growth of sales revenue through strategic upselling of services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys account management and client servicing.

Establish and maintain effective communication with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing client needs. Ability to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts, provide input into the development of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and retention.

What will you bring to the role?
You are a University graduate with a background in shareholder services, ownership intelligence or investor relations. You will have expertise in managing client relationships, analyzing ownership data, and maintaining good relationship with the broker/custodian community. Compensation
The typical base pay range for this role is $90K - $105K USD. This base pay range is specific to the New Jersey and New York locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
