As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and regular patrols. You will engage with visitors and tenants, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a positive environment within the retail location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail area and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as assigned.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and/or tenants to address questions and concerns.

+ Document all incidents and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or security license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
