We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a Senior Project Manager on IT infrastructure initiatives for construction and renovation projects. This role will start with administrative responsibilities and progressively involve learning project processes. The position is ideal for candidates with foundational project management experience who are eager to grow within IT infrastructure project coordination. Someone coming from a desktop background who has lead projects and has done project coordination is an ideal fit for this role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years (up to 5 years) in project coordination or project management; this is an entry-level PM role but not an entry-level position. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio required). Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (e.g., data jacks); no troubleshooting required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment and attend site visits in Manhattan.
