Field Support Analyst

As a CBRE Field Support Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support to the Digital & Technology department. This job is part of the D&T Support job function. They are responsible for providing technical support and solutions to internal users.

What You'll Do:

  • Edit content for the documentation of software applications and hardware environments.
  • Create photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the material.
  • Conduct research and interviews with technical and business personnel.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical assistance to managers and other members of the application development team.
  • Support changes or enhancements to templates and other documentation standards.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Field Support Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
