The Associate Design Project Coordinator, for Pepsico, US Beverages (PBUS) plays a key role in keeping our fast-moving design team running smoothly. You'll partner with leadership, designers, strategists, and marketing teams to organize projects, streamline workflows, track budgets, and help bring ideas to life across PepsiCo's brand portfolio. Implementing success with internal and external partners across the innovation and creative process. The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,700 - $118,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Bachelor's degree in design management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, a related field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of experience in design, creative project management, or marketing operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and proactive across all levels of the organization. Familiarity with creative workflows, asset management systems, and project tracking tools. A team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn.
