As a "Customer Success Manager SAP," you will take on the role of "SAP Customer Engagement Manager" for our cloud customers. Your main tasks will include:
Promoting adoption and usage – ensuring that customers actively use SAP cloud solutions and achieve added value
Maximizing customer value – developing strategies to increase the long-term business benefit for the customer
Defining the roadmap and success path – planning and accompanying the implementation, usage, and further development of solutions (release planning / life cycle management)
Managing renewals and upsells – securing contract renewals and identifying cross-/upselling potentials, such as AMS support, security support, and other SAP operation services
Single point of contact – central contact person for the customer and relationship management at C-level
Conducting business reviews – regular status and strategy discussions with customers, integrating feedback
Enablement and community integration – connecting customers with SAP communities, trainings, and best practices
Governance and escalation management – ensuring processes and handling critical situations
License compliance and risk management – monitoring compliance with license terms and minimizing risks
Cooperation with internal teams – close coordination with sales, delivery, and support for holistic customer care

A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, a successful apprenticeship in informatics, business administration, or a similar field related to SAP.
You have experience in IT service management and ideally ITIL certified
Ideally, you already have experience as a Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) in the context of "S/4HANA Cloud Private / Public Edition"
You are a professional in service delivery management and bring knowledge of the SAP project methodology "SAP Activate"
Your pronounced customer, service, and team orientation, as well as your communication skills, characterize you
You are committed, reliable, team-oriented, and enjoy intensive customer contact
Excellent German language skills in speech and writing, as well as good English language skills, complete your profile
