In this role, you'll connect with existing customers, grow new business, and represent Novelty Inc. at major trade shows—all while selling some of the most in-demand products on the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales with existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Identify and pitch new business opportunities to regional and national retailers
• Handle customer returns and turn them into new sales
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain product organization and sales operations
• Represent Novelty Inc. at major industry trade shows and events
• Record and track leads, sales activity, and follow-ups using internal CRM systems

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or wholesale sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, CRM, order entry)
• Positive attitude and passion for selling
