Key Account Manager

Novelty Inc. is seeking a strategic, energetic Key Account Manager to build and grow partnerships with national and regional c-store chains. This is a high-impact role focused on selling our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) service model—backed by strong brands, in-store execution, and guaranteed ROI.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and close multi-store chain partnerships
  • Sell value-driven DSD programs designed to boost sales and inventory turns
  • Develop custom merchandising programs featuring trend-forward, fast-moving products
  • Lead key account presentations, line reviews, and program growth strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and in-store success

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in Key Account Sales—ideally within CPG, DSD, or retail services
  • Experience working with national or regional convenience store chains
  • Strong ability to present, sell, and negotiate at the corporate level
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to growth and execution
  • Willing to travel and thrive working independently
