Key Account Manager (KAM) Oncohematology

Territory: Pomeranian, Warmian-Masurian, and Kujawy-Pomeranian Voivodeships. Therapeutic Area: Oncohematology. Due to the distribution of medical centers, the ideal place to live for the candidate would be Krak贸w. In the position of Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for managing relationships with important clients at a local level. Your role will be to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. By developing a deep understanding of the problems our clients face in the context of hematological and oncohematological care, you will be able to make a real impact on improving care for hematological and oncohematological patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing sales, promotion, and development in the assigned territory to achieve set goals.
  • Developing client development strategies and dedicated KAM action plans for assigned clients, tailored to the goals of the centers and their implementation.
  • Preparing strategies and individual tactical plans and contributing strategically to the analysis, future potential, and key programs required for centers/clients.
  • Preparing and negotiating agreements and leading initiatives that the company launches to reach a specific client.
  • Analyzing the market situation, including intelligence activities regarding key clients and key competitors.
  • Organizing client events and other programs independently or in collaboration with the marketing/medical department, in accordance with agreed tactical business plans.
  • Implementing the sales action plan and achieving agreed sales targets and broader performance goals for your own part of the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in working with and managing relationships with key centers and clients.
  • Fluent Polish, spoken and written.
  • Communicative English language.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license category B.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the field of hematology.
  • Experience working with a drug program.
