Your Missions

Within the customer service department, you will actively participate in operational activities and customer satisfaction. In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the follow-up of customer orders
  • Ensuring the follow-up of issues (quality, transport, production, etc.) and communicating them to customers
  • Compiling and sending a weekly summary of orders to customers
  • Managing and handling phone calls from the service
  • Contributing to the quality of the customer relationship and the continuous improvement of processes
  • Depositing invoices on CHORUS PRO

Profile Sought

Skills and Qualities Expected:

You are looking for a one-year internship and have at least a BAC+2/3.

  • Rigor and sense of organization
  • Curiosity and desire to learn
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication ability
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Positive mindset

Languages:

  • Intermediate English required (meetings and written communication by email)
