The Tactical Space Systems Division Manufacturing organization has two openings for an Operations Project Analyst 2/3 in Dulles, VA to support the Space Systems Division. The Program Operations Engineer 2/3 are the interface between the Business Division (Civil Space Systems and National Security Systems Satellites) and Manufacturing. We are seeking an Operations Project Analyst 2/3 to work closely with the Manufacturing Work Centers and Program Management. This position is responsible for schedule management and cost accountability of Manufacturing activities for their respective Business Division to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the optimal program execution. The Operations Project Analyst 2/3 candidate must possess excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; strong interpersonal skills; a good problem solving mindset; and the ability to present program visibility at internal/external meetings to include all levels of management including executive level. This is not a Manager role. This is an individual contributor role.

Primary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
