We are seeking an experienced Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Planner to join our team that works onsite at the Pentagon in Washington DC.
In this role you will support the Air Force Information Operations (IO) Directorate with planning in support of military information support operations (MISO)/ psychological operations (PSYOP) with a focus on strategy, policy, force design, and education oversight for Information Operations. Candidates should understand the role and responsibility of IO within Air Force operations planning cycle. Candidate should be a subject matter expert and have demonstrated experience in military information support operations (MISO) / psychological operations (PSYOP) with familiarity of IO, military deception, and operations security. Apply military support concept to the direct oversight of IO programs and initiatives. Apply planning, programming and budgeting techniques to support government oversight of IO projects. Understand the role of Congress in IO resourcing and how oversight leads to the efficient execution of resources for the Department.
These positions can be filled at the Principal or Sr Principal level.
Primary Level Salary Range: $100,300.00 - $150,500.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $124,900.00 - $187,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
