The Technical Project Specialist is responsible for overseeing technology projects by planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within the predefined scope, time, and budget constraints. The primary responsibilities for this role involve leading cross-functional project teams, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to deliver exceptional member experiences and successful project outcomes. This position is targeted for entry- to mid-level project managers focusing on small to medium-sized projects. The Technical Project Specialist reports to the Senior Manager.

Hybrid Schedule: Minimum of working 3 days per week in the office and ability to work up to all 5 days a week in the office, as needed
Required Days from an Office Location: Tuesday and Wednesday - the third required day will be up to the candidate and their supervisor to choose
Associate degree or higher in a business, IT, or project management-related field, or equivalent experience.
