Responsibilities:
Central Coordinator for all NSP returns in Taiwan:
Manages RSO processing, document flow, exceptions, and incident handling.
Liaises with logistics, warehouse, sales, and customer finance teams.
Primary Liaison for Key Accounts and Internal Partners (Sports Marketing):
Key contact window for TW accounts & HKTW Marketing
Order Management
Resolves issues like price, discount, and delivery discrepancies.
Maintains frequent communication with partners for prompt support.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Provides expertise in order management and maintenance.
Enhances team performance with her deep understanding of processes.
Reporting:
Regularly provides reports on cancellations, order balance, shipment, order status, and returns to the SA team and partners.
Ac-hoc reports per requirement.
Launch Management: order management & adjustment to support launch products and work closely with logistics inbound team to make sure on-time delivery for launch products.
Support for ND Operations:
Acts as a key contact for ND partners in Taiwan, ensuring order, delivery, other issues support.
