We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include: assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, maintaining security of cash and company assets, keeping the store well-stocked, ensuring a positive and respectful environment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required. Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
