As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for clients using our AI-driven HVAC solutions. Your role combines technical expertise and relationship management to ensure optimal system performance and lasting value as buildings needs change.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 2-3 days each week in Montreal.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with technical and executive client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee the health and performance of client sites by monitoring system connectivity, control logic, and performance indicators to deliver efficient and reliable operations.
  • Lead incident response, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and work directly with clients to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide tailored reports and communicate the value, return on investment, and sustainability benefits of our solutions throughout each client engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement automation and technical improvements that enhance reliability, comfort, and user satisfaction.
  • Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting clients with system changes and updates.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, facility management, HVAC controls, building automation, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in technical account management, technical support, or project delivery within HVAC, building automation, or IoT.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system operations, building automation protocols, and related technology platforms.
  • Proven analytical skills and experience solving complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead incident resolution efforts and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, control logic diagnostics, and data-driven performance reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagements simultaneously.

Language Requirements:

  • French-English bilingualism is required.
  • In addition to fluency in French, successful candidates must have full professional proficiency in English in order to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or various stakeholders.

Annual compensation: $56 000 - $88 000 Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on Canadian national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
