Project Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee software implementation projects and ensure successful outcomes for clients. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage timelines, collaborate across teams, and deliver seamless solutions. Based near Merrimack, New Hampshire, you will play a critical part in driving client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of software implementations, from initial kickoff to final go-live, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Identify and address potential risks or delays, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and training teams to coordinate efforts and achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure all projects comply with standards, delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Document processes, configurations, and client-specific solutions to support continuous improvement.
  • Improve workflows and share best practices across the organization.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to support teams, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or similar, are preferred.
