Job Summary: The candidate will work as a Field Technical Support Consultant, providing hardware support for client's PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations. They will perform tasks such as configuring hardware and software, repairing units, and troubleshooting printer issues while interacting with customers onsite.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude, ability to work with tools
• Troubleshooting skills for various hardware problems
• Experience in hardware repair
• Customer-facing experience, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to configure network components

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of printer systems
• College degree preferred

Pay: $28.53 - $37.35/hr.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm
