In this role, the Director, Relationship Manager/Client Success will be responsible for planning, monitoring and executing strategies to drive success for a team of Relationship Managers. Focused on retention, NPS and other important metrics, collaboration internally and externally is key to delivering for the business. In this position, you will act as a coach, invest in developing associates, become curious about ADP’s business, and engage with clients. Daily, you will cultivate relationships with peers across ADP, drive employee engagement, and manage to a standard of excellence by understanding business metrics and the context around them. At times you will step in to support a client on critical needs, backing the team on behalf of ADP. Building relationships internally and externally is very important. You will also be involved in shaping the overall client retention for your market and the business. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $98,000.00 - USD $198,800.00 / Year* Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
