Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions in a calm, empathetic manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
