This contract to permanent role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing exceptional service to customers. The position involves front office support, handling payments, and addressing customer concerns with tact and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage interactions
• Process and collect payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, including resolving complaints and providing solutions.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records through clerical and receptionist duties.
• Complete required paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage tasks in a calm and organized manner, even when dealing with challenging situations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Strong clerical and organizational skills, including accurate data entry.
• Ability to collect and process payments efficiently and securely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing customer concerns and complaints effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in completing paperwork.
