We are seeking a driven and consultative Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through solution presentation, proposal, and close—focused on helping organizations modernize their financial systems with Acumatica. The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS or ERP solutions, with a strong preference for those who have sold into Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution. You will collaborate with internal pre-sales and consulting teams to craft tailored solutions that deliver business value and drive clients’ success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close, for Sage Intacct or Acumatica ERP solutions.
  • Identify, target, and engage organizations across multiple industries—with a strong emphasis on Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, operational requirements, and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that highlight how Acumatica addresses specific business challenges.
  • Develop compelling proposals, ROI analyses, and pricing strategies to support the customer decision process.
  • Accurately manage and forecast pipeline opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, finance teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing and BDR teams to drive outbound campaigns and generate qualified pipeline.
  • Stay current on Acumatica product updates, competitive offerings, and industry trends to position solutions effectively.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS, ERP, or financial applications.
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following verticals is highly preferred:
    • Manufacturing
    • Wholesale Distribution
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify pain points and align technology solutions to business needs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with pre-sales engineers and implementation teams to shape solution strategies.
  • Familiarity with Acumatica or other mid-market ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $75,000 to $110,000. This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or product-specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws.
