Location: Coraopolis, PA

Schedule (1st Shift Opportunity)

1. Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2. Optional Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
3. Full-time | Weekends Off

Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Support Technician, you'll work in a fast-paced setting to prepare, handle, and process insulation materials. This role involves physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and production procedures in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting up to 85 pounds
• Stuff and pin insulation covers with care and accuracy
• Use scissors and hand tools safely to prepare insulation materials
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and assist with equipment setup
• Load and unload materials; safely clear and dispose of insulation waste
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and productivity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company and industry safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or insulation installation is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
