Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable schedule and long-term potential. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience handling customer inquiries, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply, though bilingual skills are not required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service functions throughout the order process
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and order status
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents
• Coordinate and document customer concerns while helping resolve issues efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Support the sales team and office staff as needed
• Make outbound calls regarding past due accounts when necessary
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Fishbowl software experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload
• Reliable transportation required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required

Preferred Experience:

• International shipping or logistics experience
• Shipping documentation knowledge
• ERP or inventory software experience
